\n The National Prosecution Authority is a statutory board established by the National Prosecution Authority Act No. 34 of 2010. We are committed to delivering justice efficiently and upholding the rule of law.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n \n

    \n Appoint state advocates and prosecutors and promote appropriate standards of practice by state advocates and prosecutors in criminal prosecution.\n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n \n

    \n Develop, promote and enforce internationally comparable practice standards for prosecutors.\n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n \n

    \n Promote the integrity and enhance the status of state advocates and prosecutors to promote honorable and good practice.\n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n \n

    \n Promote understanding of professional ethics amongst prosecutors and ensure rules for professional ethics are responsive to effective administration of criminal justice.\n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n \n
