This<br>was after unknown people broke into our Prosecutor\u2019s vehicle by smashing the<br>front rear window (tinted) of the vehicle.<br>No evidence in this or any other court case, was taken in that incident. The State<br>has not lost any evidence or document that was produced or intended to be used,<br>in the Fredson Yamba and Joe Malanji matter.<br>The public is further informed that our Prosecutors do not carry dockets or<br>exhibits intended to be tendered into Court to their homes.
