Their focus was a clear warning that online harassment, cyberbullying, and the sharing of intimate images without consent are criminal acts. &#8220;These are not minor online disputes,&#8221; a State Advocate stated. &#8220;They are serious offences with profound harm, and our office is prepared to prosecute them.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kasama | December 1, 2035 &#8211; Separately, in Kasama, a parallel mission of legal education was unfolding. State Advocate Ms. Natasha Victoria Mwelwa and Senior Public Prosecutor Ms. Racheal Mwitha conducted sessions at Kasama Boys Secondary and Luyeye Primary Schools. Their work focused on prevention, teaching students about legal rights, respect, and how to seek justice. &#8220;Protection begins with knowledge,&#8221; Mwitha noted. &#8220;Empowering the next generation is critical to building a safer society.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A COMMON THEME, A SHARED MANDATE<br>Though operating independently in their respective provinces, the actions in Mongu and Kasama reflect the unified mandate of the National Prosecution Authority.
