He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"935\" height=\"838\" src=\"https:\/\/www.npa.gov.zm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-04-20-at-2.36.19-PM.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5957\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.npa.gov.zm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-04-20-at-2.36.19-PM.jpeg 935w, https:\/\/www.npa.gov.zm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-04-20-at-2.36.19-PM-300x269.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.npa.gov.zm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-04-20-at-2.36.19-PM-768x688.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 935px) 100vw, 935px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The matter, which had been scheduled for continuation of the defence before Lady Justice S. Munyinya Okwo, came before CRM Chabala Ntandonse for mention.<br>The Court has now adjourned the matter to October 15, 2026, when a date for continuation of the defence will be fixed.<br>The Pule matter is at the defence stage.
