Livingstone | March 30, 2026 – This week, twenty-three 23 Secretaries from across the National Prosecution Authority have stepped away from their desks and into a space designed for growth, recognition, and renewal.
Gathered at the Avani Victoria Falls Resort, they are participating in the Advanced Office Administration and Management Workshop from March 28-31, 2026, under the theme: “Advancing Secretarial Excellence through Professionalism, Technology and Strategic Communication.”
The workshop was officially opened by Mr. Rodney Malindi Sikumba, MP.
Our secretaries’ presence at the workshop is no accident. It is recognition.
Across the NPA, these professionals are the steady hands that keep the institution moving, organising, coordinating, and ensuring that every process flows as it should. Their work may often happen out of the spotlight, but its impact is felt in every case prepared and every court session that proceeds without fault.
This gathering in Livingstone is a moment to sharpen skills, embrace new tools, and strengthen the professionalism that already defines their work. It is also a moment to pause and acknowledge the value they bring, not just as support staff, but as essential drivers of the administration of justice.
As they return to their respective stations, they carry more than new knowledge. They carry a renewed sense of purpose. Because behind every successful prosecution is a system that works and at the heart of that system are dedicated professionals who make excellence look effortless.
