Kasama | May 12, 2026 ~ From Luapula, we now turn to Northern Province, as filed by State Advocate Natasha Victoria Mwelwa, the PR Unit’s focal point person for the province. There, the team made sure the day meant something too.
The Northern Province NPA team came together this year to celebrate our shared commitment to justice and service. The event captured both the professionalism of our work and the warmth of the people who carry it out daily.
The Deputy Chief State Advocate for Northern Province, Mr. Samuel Simwaka, opened the proceedings with remarks on the importance of accountability and collaboration within the justice system. He also commended all award recipients as role models whose work continues to strengthen public trust in the administration of justice across Northern Province.
A major highlight was the staff awards ceremony, where outstanding contributions were honored across the province.
