DANNY PULE MATTER ADJOURNED

Lusaka | September 30, 2026 – Proceedings in the matter involving Danny Pule, President of the Christian Democratic Party, have been adjourned to October 15, 2026 for mention and fixing of a date for continuation of the defence.
Pule, a clergyman and politician, is facing a case involving seditious practices arising from remarks he allegedly made in 2024 concerning government appointments and regional representation. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

The matter, which had been scheduled for continuation of the defence before Lady Justice S. Munyinya Okwo, came before CRM Chabala Ntandonse for mention.
The Court has now adjourned the matter to October 15, 2026, when a date for continuation of the defence will be fixed.
